The 32nd International Conference on Micro- and Nano- Engineering will take place on September 17-20, 2006 in the World Trade Center in Barcelona.
Here, we provide you detailed information about the Commercial Exhibition and sponsoring options.
The MNE 2006 Commercial Exhibition will start Sunday, September 17th 2006 afternoon followed by the whole MNE 2006 Welcome Reception. It will continue during the MNE 2006 conference until Wednesday, September 20th, 2006.
We are enclosing information on various ways of participating that we hope you will be interest in. Also, it is included the MNE 2006 reservation form to be filled in and signed by a legally competent person and delivered.

EXHIBITION PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES
The organising committee offers you a range of options to present your new products and services and to actively participate in the conference
1. Commercial Exhibition
Characteristics of stands:
OPTION 1: STANDARD BOOTH
Size:
4 square metres
2 m long x 2 m wide
Type of structure:
Hiring of the stand includes the modular structure, lighting points, 1KW switchboard with differential and thermomagnetic protection and one socket, carpet and name on signboard at the front.
Also, one table and two chairs.
Maximum height of the stand will be 2.5 metres. For greater heights and any other size (long or wide), please contact the Technical Secretariat.

Location of spaces:
We enclose a floor plan of the exhibition area where you will find the distribution of the available stands, which are numbered so that you can select the space you prefer. The allocation of spaces will be carried out on a strictly first-come-first-serve basis, based on the reception of reservation form, in which the applicant company will indicate the stand number desired. The Secretariat will confirm the availability of this stand.
2. Additional Options of Collaboration/Sponsoring
The organisation of the conference is strongly dependent on financial support to enable reduced rates for students to participate in this conference and to meet scientist from industry and academia.
Companies and organisations are invited to participate in sponsoring the Micro- and Nano-Engineering 2006 conference. Special requirements for exposure can be discussed with the Organising Committee. Sponsor items and exposure will be agreed upon in a contract signed by both parties.
The options for sponsoring are the following:

In return for your financial support, the organisation will provide you appropriate display of your support during the conference.
Possibilities for display are:
- Link to your organisation on the MNE06 website
- Display of company logo on appropriate conference paperwork and in the conference center during the Conference.
