All the authors of invited and accepted contributions to MNE2006 are invited to submit
a full 4 page article to the journal Microelectronic Engineering (Elsevier). A special
volume of Microelectronics Engineering will appear by April 2007 (Editors: Gabriel
Abadal, Joan Bausells and Francesc Perez-Murano)
