CANCELLATION OF CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION
All cancellations should be made in writing by fax (+34 93 580 14 96)
Refunds -less Euro 50.- administration fee - will be granted to delegates unable to attend, provided written notice is received by MNE2006 Congress by 25 August 2006. No refunds will be granted for cancellations after 27 August 2006.

INSURANCE
The Organisation Committee will not be responsible for any medical expenses, lost property, or accidents during the MNE2006 conference and we strongly recommend that participants make all necessary insurance arrangements for themselves.
