Micro-and Nano-Engineering (MNE) is an international conference on micro- and nano- fabrication and manufacturing using lithography and other nano-patterning related approaches.

The Conference brings together engineers and scientists from all over the world to discuss recent progress and future trends in the fabrication, manufacturing and application of micro- and nano- structures and devices.
Applications in Electronics, Electro-mechanics, Environment and Life Sciences are discussed such as: nanoelectronics, MEMS-NEMS, bioMEMS and lab-on-a-chip devices.

In 2011, the meeting will take place in Berlin, Germany. It iwll be the 37th edition in a series that started in Cambridge in 1975, most recently held in Barcelona (2006) Copenhaguen (2007), Athens (2008), Ghent (2009) and Genoa (2010).
